This is our first time using Ivan’s service. We needed to repair/replace toilet and water spout. Prior to asking Ivan to assist, I reached out to some of the plumbers for their estimates and availability. Ivan’s estimate was most reasonable and what was the decision factor to proceed with Ivan was his quick response and availability. On the day of service, Ivan tested everything to make sure what the issue for water leaking. He was very professional, patient and through in all explanations. After he fixed the water leak, he made sure to test everything and show me what exactly he performed work. I am extremely satisfied with Ivan’s qualify of work and I’ll definitely recommend him to my family/friends in future. If I could give 10stars I would. Mahalo Ivan! ~ Jason P

A section of my rain gutter had become separated from the fascia, due to the heavy rains and winds. I don’t know if I ever contact any other company again! These guys ARE THE BEST ON ISLAND!!! I needed a ceiling fan fixed/replaced. I had 3 other contractors came to tell that they can’t do it for whatever reason - ceiling is too high, electrical issues, etc. For Ivan Rudenko and his team, it literally took less than an hour!!! As a realtor and a property manager, I’m in a desperate need of someone reliable, diligent, and professional, as these guys. I hired Rudenko to replace two lights, Ofcourse I got the short end of the stick and bought lights that was 1. A store return and missing screws/ wire cut 2. Screws too short. He asked if I wanted to return it or for him to make some adjustments, because I have had them so long I had him make the adjustments. You can tell he is very experienced because with adjustments the lights looks just like the picture on the box. His prices are very reasonable and he is very polite and respectful. I want to leave the best review about a handyman named Myka, who turned out to be a specialist in a wide range of fields. He replaced my grinder in the kitchen, fixed the sink drain in the bathroom, and the bathtub plug. He also solved the problem with the propane leak that my stove in the kitchen runs on. They did an excellent job on repairing the siding, gutters, and window frames on the outside of our house as well as installing floor tiles. They ran into some unexpected issues and were able to quickly come up with a solution. They always discussed options on how fix problems and how much it was going to cost with us. I recently used Toplevel Construction for installing a ceiling fan. Misha, the handyman, did a great job even though it was a challenging installation. He had to climb into the attic and do some new wire connection. He was on time, friendly, and very skilled. The fan was installed properly and works well. I am very please by the work that Ivan completed at our home. He installed 3 air conditioners, and repaired two old wooden window frames that were rotted and stuck open. He was very thorough in explaining what needed to be done, and advised us of the most affordable options. And he was able to get the work we need done quickly.
